DELIVERY

Bring joy with our rose subscription or treat yourself to fresh roses on a permanent basis – at home or in the office.

Size
Long-stemmed 60cm roses, available in standard (approx. 20 stems) and premium (approx. 30 stems) sizes.

frequency
You determine the frequency of deliveries: weekly, every two weeks or once a month.

Length of time
Choose how long you want your subscription to last: 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

Delivery day
In the next step (shopping cart), you specify the first desired delivery date. Subsequent deliveries will follow automatically on the same day of the week, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Can I choose the roses?
We select the roses ourselves, offering a wide variety. Requests are welcome, but cannot be guaranteed to be honored in every case .

Delivery days?
When you purchase a flower subscription, you specify the first delivery date. Subsequent deliveries will follow automatically weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on the same day of the week as the first delivery.

Holidays?
No problem, our customer service will be happy to adapt the delivery dates to your individual requirements.

Gift / greeting card?
If this is a gift, you are welcome to include a personal message with your first delivery. Please contact our customer service team to do so.

Payment?
Payment for all deliveries is made in advance; the subscription will not be automatically renewed after expiration.

Number of deliveries?
The number of deliveries depends on the frequency and duration. For example, an annual subscription with monthly delivery consists of 12 deliveries, or 48 deliveries with weekly delivery.

Switzerland-wide:
Wednesday to Saturday, either morning or afternoon

City of Zurich:
Tuesday to Saturday, either morning or afternoon
