What is Tom Flowers?

Tom Flowers is a modern online service that delivers exclusively fresh flowers directly to your home, office, or as a gift to your loved ones—elegantly packaged and delivered on a desired date.

For every order, we source the flowers fresh daily and, whenever possible, directly from the producer. Without days of detours and storage, the flowers are significantly fresher and therefore last longer.

That's why we don't keep flowers in stock, avoiding the usual wear and tear and unnecessary costs. Our sustainable freshness concept is good for the environment and even better for you: Tom Flowers passes on the cost savings directly – you get significantly more flowers for your money, which will bring you joy for even longer.

Delivery throughout Switzerland

For each delivery, we source fresh flowers daily, which we carefully select and lovingly arrange. This unique freshness concept requires a certain lead time and guarantees that our flowers are significantly fresher and will bring joy for longer.

Thinking ahead pays off: You can conveniently order flowers online days or weeks in advance for birthdays, invitations, or just as a surprise. We'll deliver the bouquet reliably and freshly on the date you choose.

DELIVERY INFORMATION EASTER 2025

Orders via the online shop are possible at any time.

Region Zurich(see), Lucerne, Zug and Winterthur:
Delivery possible on Easter Saturday and from Wednesday, April 23rd.

All of Switzerland:
 Delivery from Thursday, April 24th.

Delivery area: Zurich region, around Lake Zurich, in Lucerne, Zug and Winterthur

Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
 Either in the morning (09:00-13:00) or in the afternoon (13:00-17:00).

Lead time: One day (express selection) or two days (full range)
Order today, delivered tomorrow at the earliest (seasonal express selection) or the day after tomorrow (entire range).

Who delivers?
Our in-house Tom Flowers couriers deliver the flowers personally.

Delivery area: All of Switzerland and Liechtenstein

 Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
 Tuesday to Friday either in the morning (08:00-12:00) or in the afternoon (12:00-18:00).
On Mondays, delivery takes place between 8:00 and 18:00.
On Saturdays, deliveries take place between 8:00 and 13:00.

Earliest delivery within two (express selection) or three days (full range)
 Order today, delivered the day after tomorrow at the earliest (seasonal express selection) or within three days (entire range).

Who delivers?
Lovingly tied and carefully packaged, the bouquets are delivered well-protected in specially designed flower boxes with water reservoirs. Delivery is handled by couriers from our logistics partner, Planzer Pakete.

Delivery fee

The delivery costs are CHF 5 flat rate per delivery.
Free delivery on orders of two or more bouquets and on flower subscriptions.

Time preference for deliveries

For certain delivery locations and days, you can select a preferred time slot. We will endeavor to meet your preferred delivery time, but we cannot guarantee it.

What if no one is home when the delivery is made?

When ordering, please provide the recipient's phone number. This way, if no one is home, we can contact them and work together to find a solution for flower delivery. If no one is available or available to accept the flowers, we will try to find the best possible solution with neighbors or nearby businesses and inform the recipient accordingly by phone or via a written note.

What is the difference between giving and buying flowers?

"Giving Flowers" is the classic way to send someone flowers. The bouquets come in stylish bow-tied packaging and come with an elegant gift card with a personalized message.

"Buy Flowers" is the new and convenient way to bring more flowers into your everyday life. By the bunch, at affordable prices, and delivered directly to your door.

 

What are single bouquets? Can I order mixed bouquets?

We offer a wide selection of flowers, each in a variety of colors. Our so-called "monobouquets," which unleash their powerful effect through a single flower variety and color, reflect the current trend of presenting flowers in their natural beauty.

Why do single bouquets last longer? Single bouquets, the purest and most elegant form of bouquet, do not use cheap filler flowers or foliage. Without different flower varieties that can negatively impact each other, the flowers stay fresh longer.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is possible with American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Twint.

 

Can orders be changed or canceled?

If you would like to change an order, please contact our customer service: service@tomflowers.ch . We will always endeavor to accommodate your change requests, but cannot guarantee this if we do not receive them at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In this case, we will refund you in full. For last-minute cancellations, it depends on whether we have already begun preparing your order. A full or partial refund may also be possible in this case. The easiest way to cancel orders is via service@tomflowers.ch.
