Cut about 1-2 cm of the stem diagonally with a sharp knife or flower scissors and place the chamomile in a clean vase filled with room-temperature water. Add the flower food to the water.
Do not place chamomile next to a fruit bowl, in a draft or in bright sunlight.
Check regularly to make sure the chamomile plants have enough water. Change the water regularly. After a few days, cut the stems diagonally again.
The flowering period of the delicate chamomile is usually about 5-7 days under suitable conditions.
