You determine the frequency of deliveries: weekly or every two weeks.
Length of time
The autumn subscription is available for a maximum term of two months.
Delivery day
In the next step (shopping cart), you specify the first desired delivery date. Subsequent deliveries will follow automatically weekly or bi-weekly on the same day of the week.
Can I choose the flowers?
For the seasonal autumn subscription, we select the flowers and branches based on season, availability, and quality. We welcome preferences for specific flowers or colors, but cannot guarantee they will be included in every delivery.
Delivery days?
When you purchase the fall subscription, you'll specify the first delivery date. Subsequent deliveries will follow automatically weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly on the same day of the week as the first delivery.
Holidays?
No problem, our customer service will be happy to adapt the delivery dates to your individual requirements.
Gift / greeting card?
If this is a gift, you are welcome to include a personal message with your first delivery. Please contact our customer service team to do so.
Payment?
Payment for all deliveries is made in advance; the subscription will not be automatically renewed after expiration.
Number of deliveries?
The number of deliveries depends on the frequency and duration. For example, an annual subscription with monthly delivery consists of 12 deliveries, or 48 deliveries with weekly delivery.
Switzerland-wide:
Wednesday to Saturday, either morning or afternoon
City of Zurich:
Tuesday to Saturday, either morning or afternoon
