Personal handover rather than a cardboard box

Our couriers drive planned routes rather than individual trips. For this reason, delivery costs a flat CHF 5 and nevertheless remains personal: your flowers are handed over, not left at the door. Outside this area, we deliver with logistics partners throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, in a specially developed flower box with a water supply.

Is the desired location served by our own couriers?

Yes, provided the postcode of the delivery address is listed here.

Frequently asked questions about delivery locations

Which locations does TOM FLOWERS deliver to with its own couriers?

Around 300 towns and districts from Basel to Winterthur and Lucerne, including Zurich, Lake Zurich, Zug, Aarau, Baden and everywhere in between. All postcodes are listed on this page, ordered by region.

How much does delivery cost?

A flat rate of CHF 5, free from two bouquets. This is possible because our couriers follow planned routes rather than making individual trips. A greeting card is always included.

When will the flowers arrive?

Flowers from the Express selection arrive the next day if you order before midnight. All others are delivered on your preferred date, at the earliest the day after tomorrow, as we purchase them fresh from the grower for you. We deliver Monday to Saturday, in the morning or afternoon.

Does TOM FLOWERS deliver throughout Switzerland?

Yes, throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Within our courier area we deliver using our own couriers, otherwise with logistics partners in a specially developed flower box with a water reservoir.

How will I know that the flowers have arrived?

After delivery, you will receive a photo of the delivered flowers.

What happens if no one is at home?

The courier or customer service will first call the recipient, and if necessary you as well. If no one can be reached, the courier will look for a suitable solution on site (for example with the neighbours) or leave the flowers in a suitable place. The recipient will be informed. The flowers have a water supply for up to 24 hours. If none of this is possible, the courier will take the flowers back with them, and we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Do you also deliver to hospitals?

Yes. Our couriers are familiar with the hospitals in the delivery area and hand the flowers to the right contacts. Should the patient have been transferred or discharged, we will deliver a second time free of charge. More on this: sending flowers to hospital.
