Conditions of participation for competitions
The competition is in no way affiliated with Facebook or Facebook products and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to Tom Flowers AG (service@tomflowers.ch). Participation in the competition is only possible subject to the terms and conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these terms and conditions. Tom Flowers AG reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are persons residing in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Regarding Facebook competitions, only participants with Facebook accounts that provide their real name are permitted. Participation using fictitious information or information provided by other people is not permitted.
participation
Participation in the competition is governed by the competition rules. Entries submitted for participation in the competition must not contain any insults, false facts, or violations of competition, trademark, or copyright law.
Profits
Non-cash prizes will not be paid out in cash and are non-exchangeable. If products are available in different sizes or versions, only the smallest or cheapest version will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.
Raffle
Anyone who answers the competition question correctly or meets the competition terms and conditions will be entered into the prize draw. Each participant can only enter the draw once per competition, unless otherwise stated in the competition announcement. The prizes will be drawn among all eligible participants. The time for determining eligibility and the draw will be as stated in the post. The winners will be notified via email or a personal message on Facebook. If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner will be chosen.
Data protection
To the extent that personal data of participants is collected, processed and used within the scope of the competition, this data will be collected, processed and used by Tom Flowers AG exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition.
Miscellaneous
Participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate the voting (e.g., by voting using one or more Facebook accounts not in their name) may be excluded from participating in the competition. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may be revoked retroactively, or prizes already paid out or delivered may be reclaimed.
Tom Flowers AG is entitled to cancel or suspend the competition if:
- during the competition, Facebook's terms of use or guidelines are changed and the competition can no longer be carried out according to Facebook's then-valid regulations,
- Manipulations are detected or the proper conduct of the competition can no longer be guaranteed, in particular in the event of hardware or software failure, program errors, computer viruses,
- unauthorized intervention by third parties as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems.
