1. Suitable vase for lilies
For the lily's long stems, it's best to choose a large, long vase so that the stems are at least two-thirds submerged in water. Use only a clean vase.

2. Fill the vase with water
Fill the vase with cold water so that the stems are submerged in water up to just below the leaves.
Dissolve the enclosed care product completely in the water.
3. Remove leaves
Remove all the leaves from the bottom up, down to the first branches of the lily stems. The remaining leaves must not be allowed to protrude into the water later on. Leaves that protrude into the water will quickly begin to rot, leading to the entire lily rotting.
4. Cut lilies slightly diagonally
Cut lilies slightly diagonally with a sharp knife or TF flower scissors .
After cutting, place lilies immediately in the prepared vase so that the cut surfaces do not dry out and no air gets into the water channels of the stems.
5. No sun, warmth and fruit
To prevent lilies from wilting or rotting too quickly, do not place them in direct sunlight, in a location that is too warm, or near fruit.

It's natural that the lifespan of fresh lilies cannot be accurately predicted. Top-quality, day-fresh lilies should stay fresh for up to 10 days with proper care. However, the actual lifespan depends on many factors, including proper handling, regular maintenance, and, finally, temperature: The warmer it is, the faster the lilies fade.
How do you properly cut lilies in a vase?
Lilies should be cut at a slight angle with a clean, sharp knife. This maximizes water absorption without damaging the water channels in the stem.
Why not place lilies next to fruit?
Never place your lilies next to a fruit bowl. Ripe fruit emits ethylene, a gas that causes wilting and premature flowering.
Why shouldn't you put lilies in the sun?
