Tom Flowers is a modern online service that exclusively delivers fresh-cut flowers directly to your home, office, or as a gift to your loved ones – elegantly packaged for your preferred delivery date.
For every order, we source flowers fresh daily and as directly as possible from the producer. Without days of detours and storage, the flowers are much fresher and bring joy for a correspondingly longer period.
That's why we don't keep flowers in stock and avoid the usual wear and tear and unnecessary costs. This sustainable fresh concept is good for the environment and even better for you: Tom Flowers passes on the cost advantage directly – you receive significantly more flowers for your money, which also bring joy for longer.
Delivery throughout Switzerland
For each delivery, we source fresh flowers daily, which we carefully select and lovingly arrange. This unique fresh concept requires a certain lead time and guarantees that our flowers are significantly fresher and bring joy for longer.
It pays to plan ahead: You can conveniently order flowers online days and weeks in advance for birthdays, invitations, or "just as a surprise." We deliver the bouquet reliably and fresh on your desired date.

Who delivers? Our in-house Tom Flowers couriers deliver the flowers personally.

Delivery days: Monday to Saturday Tuesday to Friday, optionally in the morning (08:00-12:00) or in the afternoon (12:00-18:00). On Mondays, delivery takes place between 08:00 and 18:00. On Saturdays, delivery takes place between 08:00 and 13:00.
Earliest delivery from today to tomorrow (express selection) or three days (full range) Ordered today, delivered tomorrow (seasonal express selection) or within three days (entire range). Choose your desired date.
Who delivers? Lovingly tied and carefully packaged, the bouquets are delivered well-protected in specially designed special flower boxes with a water reservoir. Delivery is handled by the couriers of our logistics partner Planzer Pakete.
Delivery flat rate
Delivery costs are a flat rate of CHF 5 per delivery. Free delivery for orders with two or more bouquets and for flower subscriptions.
Time preference for deliveries
For certain delivery locations and days, you can choose a preferred time window. We do our best to meet your desired time – however, we cannot guarantee it.
What if no one is home for delivery?
When ordering, you provide the recipient's phone number. This way, if no one is home, we can contact them and together find a solution for the flower delivery. If no one can be reached or can receive the flowers, we will try to find the best possible solution with neighbors or nearby businesses and inform the recipient accordingly by phone or a written note.

What is the difference between "gifting" and "buying" flowers?
"Gifting flowers" is the classic way to send flowers to someone. The bouquets are delivered in stylish packaging with a ribbon and an elegant gift card including a personal message.
"Buying flowers" is the new and convenient way to bring more flowers into your everyday life. By the bunch, at affordable prices, and delivered directly to your home.
What are monobouquets? Can I order mixed bouquets?
We offer a large selection of flower varieties in different colors. The so-called "monobouquets," which unfold their strong effect through a single flower variety and color, correspond to the current trend of presenting flowers in their natural beauty.
Why do monobouquets bring joy for longer? In monobouquets, the purest and most elegant form of flower arrangements, cheap filler flowers or foliage are omitted. Without various flower types that can negatively affect each other, the flowers stay fresh longer.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Payment is possible with American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Twint.
Can orders be changed or cancelled?
If you wish to change an order, please contact our customer service: service@tomflowers.ch. We always strive to accommodate your change requests, but cannot guarantee this if we do not receive the requests at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. In this case, we will refund the full amount. For short-notice cancellations, it depends on whether we have already started preparing your order. In this case, a full or partial refund may still be possible.
